Due to the new declaration of HPCON Bravo +, the DEERs/ID Office will serve customers with a scheduled appointment and limited walk-in availability. Due to capacity restrictions, walk-ins will be on a first-come, first serve basis. Scheduled appointments will take priority over any walk-in.
