Swolemate Showdown

- Location: SrA Bell Fitness Center
- Grad your gym crush and compete in the Swolemate Showdown! Each team of 2 will compete through 4 workout stations which are listed below.
- Station 1 – 10 couples squats (holding hands), 10 push ups (high fives), and 6 partner deadlifts
- Station 2 – 4 rounds each person, One person Sprints cone to cone, other partner performs jumping jacks, switch on each return
- Station 3 – 3 rounds 15 medicine ball sit up pass, 10 leg throw downs each, 30 sec back to back wall sit hold
- Station 4 – Wheelbarrow Walks 10 yards each
